Ryan has proved several ways that there was indeed hail. He is still working diligently to get me where I deserve to be on repairs. “My mom had several roof damage issues in the past several years from all the hail that has passed through the area. A couple other contractors had completed some repairs on the previous claims, but did not do complete jobs, which were unknown to us at the time.

On this last claim, the original contractor selected this go around, came by and indicated they would be back but never returned and were unreachable.

Then I found Zach and his guys.
Zach came out in quick response and assured us the job would get done right this time. I could tell right from the jump, he was going to take the bull by the horns and run with it. Boy he did!

The insurance company mom had was found to be a bear to work with. However, we were confident Zach would be able to get through all the red tape, which he was able to do, within the guidelines of the insurance company's policy (small print). An entire story in itself. Make sure you read the policy carefully and ask questions when selecting an insurance company, to make sure you get what you need when disaster hits.

Zach was very personable and on time every step of the way. He was also able to help guide us through all of the various aspects of the job. We kept in constant contact throughout the completion of the repairs and kept us reassured during the process.

The roof and gutter repairs were completed in a very timely manner and was done properly, where as the previous contractors skimped on their work, which left the roof vulnerable.

I would certainly not hesitate to use him again, and glad I found his company, to give mom a properly completed roof repair.

I will be having him look into completing some jobs of my own, in the near future.

Mom is a very happy camper now, and so am I.

“I'm one that doesn't leave any reviews at all but I had such a great experience with Alex that I want to share my review today. I had submitted a claim to my insurance earlier during the year on my own for wind/hail damage. Adjuster came and in little to no time got insurance denial response. I had pretty much given up and was going lo leave alone until I met Alex and explained what happened. I sent the claim docs to Alex reviewed and took over, he got in contact with insurance and did all the work from there even though it took a little over a month and a few push backs fron insurance Alex did his job and somehow got insurance to approve the claim!. If you are like me and are not sure about doing a roof replacement claim call Alex, he will save you from any unnecessary stress.

“I saw a commercial on a local channel and thought wow that company looks so professional I had to call. I know they have a bunch of trucks because I see them around town but sure enough the guy from the commercial showed up! His name is Ben and he has to be the most knowledgable guy in the industry. Recently the lathe & plaster kitchen ceiling to my 100-year-old house collapsed due to excessive weight from heavy electronics stored in the attic space by a renter. Siefken (who I hired before to replace hail damaged roofs on my home and garage) was again called on for help. Siefken Project Specialist, Jesse Jordan, arrived in less than 24 hours to professionally assess the damage and prepare a recommendation for remediating the problem and repairing the ceiling. Mr. Jordan not only examined the kitchen ceiling, but the attic above it and the basement below. He examined the structural supports of the home, examined the entire property to assess the cause of the ceiling failure, took measurements, photographed all areas involved and made copious notes. He then consulted with other construction professionals at Siefken before providing me with a thorough written bid for work to be done. I was informed who would be doing the work, materials needed, the time frame and cost. Everything happened as Mr. Jordan explained. The finished product is exactly as promised.
