“I switched Shopko Optical locations as the location on 72nd is much closer to my house. After providing my insurance card to Kayla, she mentioned that it was not correct and for Post/Cataract coverage. After talking to the insurance company and getting nowhere, I finally handed the phone to her to talk with the insurance representative. She ended up fixing the issue herself in the eyemed system and was able to get everything fixed and in a timely manner. I really appreciate her helpfulness and knowledge in the whole process of getting an eye exam and new glasses.“
