“I went in without an appointment because one of my contacts had split, leaving a piece in my eye that was too difficult for me to extract on my own, and was causing me a lot of pain. Im not even a patient of theirs, I only went in because it was an emergency and this office was the nearest optometrist. Despite this, the staff were incredibly helpful and kind. Not only did they extract the piece of lens from my eye, the doctor also checked to make sure my cornea wasn’t scratched. While I was there, Tom the optician noticed that my glasses were sitting a little crooked and offered to fit them for me. It’s obvious he’s very experienced, because not only did he take the time to fit them perfectly, he did so in a way that wouldn’t put too much pressure on the sides of my head, since I told him I suffered from migraines. Everyone there was so friendly and professional that even though I went in with pain, I left with a smile on my face. They turned a miserable experience into a good one, and I will definitely be going back when it’s time for a new prescription.“
