This was our first time there and they did a great job with Gunner. They said it would be 1.5 hours so when they called after 40 minutes I knew he was not put in a kennel to wait his turn. Which tells me its a very well run place. He is difficult when it comes to his nails so a bath blow dry and nails was a 2 day event. To be honest they did a lot better job then I thought they would be able to do. Highly recommend and be going back.
This was Circe's first visit and it couldn't have gone any better. She looks and smells fantastic and really loved her groomer; so much so she didn't want to leave. This is a good sign that we're in the right place. Circe was so happy with her 'spa day,' she had the zoomies when we got home. We highly recommend Paw Paradise!
We lost our mobile groomer a couple weeks ago so we were desperate to get the Labradoodle a haircut because she very quickly mats up if not groomed. She also happens to be a very skittish dog, she always has been. We also have a little Pekingese but she's well behaved. After a couple hours they gave us a call saying the Labradoodle was stressed out and they did not want to continue with nail trimming because they were more concerned with her which as a dog Mom is greatly appreciated. When we picked them up her haircut was completed but not the nail trimming. The groomer had quite some big scratches on her arm from the dog and we felt horrible.
