Billing is an absolute nightmare. I have called repeatedly and no one will give a straight answer. Updated a year later: It turns out I was correct and was over billed $3000 for which they never apologized for or could adequately explain. In fact they made me feel like I was the issue when it turns out, I was correct the entire time!

I went for an appointment, I was told to be there at 7:30 am, why? When the nurse isn’t even there at that time to do the contrast needed, when she did get there she was so entirely rude that I just left, I no longer trusted her to treat me. Because of the way they treat people I will never schedule any other appointments at that place, there’s no need to be at any appointment an hour early if you don’t have to be and the people needed aren’t even there at that time. The nurse needs to find a different profession where she doesn’t have to deal with people skills. They called me the morning of my appointment & when I answered all I could hear was 2 girls telling eachother to shut up. They called back & didn't leave a message. When I arrived they checked me in. After having trouble with entering my insurance information and waiting 20 mins for her to check me in they said my appointment was cancelled. I had been off my allergy meds for 5 days for no reason. She alluded that the doctor was having a baby. Why wouldn't they have a back up plan or have another doctor take me? Anyways I get it, but... it turns out she tested positive for covid. Fine also understand that obviously. However, they said they'd reschedule me with another doctor that only worked Tuesdays from 1 to 345pm, but she couldn't schedule me and they would call me. Well it's been over a week and I still have yet to hear from them. I went elsewhere, but I had heard great things about that doctor and was really looking forward to seeing her.
