Patients can park directly in front of the building. The check-in process is quick and easy, and the front desk staff is friendly. The staff are ultra-polite and almost military in their efficiency and quality of care. Nurses are understanding and caring, treating patients like their own. For those anxious about procedures, the staff are very professional, kind, and reassuring. Modern technology is impressive, with no waiting for things to be sent out or reviewed. Immediately after an appointment, patients receive updates to their online account with next appointment information, estimated cost, and test results. The facility offers a Cancer Center, Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery Clinic, Pain Medicine, Procedures Center, and Radiation Oncology. Patients highly recommend this facility for its fabulous job in today's market.
The staff is always welcoming and pleasant, traffic was crazy busy coming from Bellevue but I made it safely ☺️ with God's help of course..... Got my trigger point injections in my back and I'm so grateful for these, I've been in a lot of pain for months, prayerfully they work 😬🙏🏼❣️
Wow...went in for one of those Older Male procedures, so I was already a bit stressed. Everyone that helped me was ultra-polite and almost military in thier efficiency and quality of care. Overall...Great experience.
This is one of the nicest facilities for Nebraska Med, and I almost look forward to going there every 6 mos for a changing experience!!! Haters will be haters, but this place has done a fabulous job, especially in market today!!!
