The radio tech refused to X-ray my son because “as a three year old he probably wouldn’t sit still.” The physician then came in and told me the tech refuse to X-ray him because he wouldn’t be still and sent us away. They didn’t even attempt and I’m left wondering if the tech knows she works at a children’s urgent care.

I've been going to this place since I was little my doctor St Germain is not recommended by me. She put me on antidepressants since I was about 11 and never talked about it to me and tried different antidepressants that constantly didn't work and made me feel worse. After feeling terrible taking them I felt like it was getting worse and brought up derealization and depersonalization and she only told me I was more depressed then I thought I was and was never spoken about it again. Since I was about 10 she always said I was over weight and I am now 17 she told me again while looking me up and down that I was overweight when I average 115-120 and am 5'3 ish. I have had the worst experience ever at Children's Physicians in village point today 8/4/21 after arriving on-time with my 6 day old newborn and wife in pain from a c-section to see the lactation specialist we were turned away after waiting over a half hour. I've never seen a hospital or clinic turn away someone in need, I'm appalled and need someone to take accountability and do better for those in need.
