I am so impressed by the service I received. My tech explained everything on my heating and cooling system. Showed me the different components and what they do in relation to my geothermal system. I had several questions regarding the system and he was knowledgeable and answered each one in full detail.I have used other heating and cooling companies and they are by far superior to their competition. I would highly recommend this company.

Highly recommend Carter's! The ladies in the front desk are so friendly and helpful! The HVAC guys are great, especially Jake! Always helpful w/ scheduling reminders and in a pinch calls too! Truly happy to find a quality work from a reliable & friendly business that I can trust.

Yesterday (one of the coldest days of the year so far), I was having heating issues and Carter’s came to the rescue!
