We have been using Carters for about 10 years, give or take. We have always received A+ service! However, recently we had an issue that took an unexpected length of time to fix. This was at no fault of Carters. As my family and I became increasingly agitated at the situation, Holly and ALL of the staff seemed to become more and more patient with us! Their technicians are a cut above the rest! Most companies these days would distance themselves from a customer or just not show up as the problem didn’t occur because of them. Had a great interaction with some of the field techs on a job site today out near Bellevue. Very professional and respectful. I would recommend this company based off of how their techs interacted with me. It's nice to work around other contractors who articulate themselves well and are just good dudes. They also did a quality job. Yall got good techs repping you out there! Give them boys a bonus!

I wish I could give 10 stars! Our AC went out Sunday afternoon and quickly got hot in our house, quick response from Holly to set up them to come look at our old unit, but then we decided to just replace the whole unit instead. I can’t express how appreciative we are with their prompt response and service! Jared came to the house before 7am and had the job done by 10:30am. We highly recommend Carters!
