“When I tell you these guys are stellar, I mean S-T-E-L-L-A-R!!! I had to call them out to do some work on my heater. They were very responsive, prices were on par, respectful of my home and time. Presented me with a few different options but didn't try to up sale anything which I really appreciated. Just gave me the options and let me make a choice. Outlined the work they said they would need to do, and communicated when they had to look at other parts, Communication is very important to me, especially when there's a delay or change, so I was so appreciative of that. They even offered to find me some heaters to use if they wouldn't be able to get it done before evening. I mean, just outstanding and very customer service focused! “Randy repaired two outdoor faucets that I was sure needed replaced. Saved me some expense! He was polite, professional, and was on time. Explained everything which I appreciated. H&S has repaired our air conditioner on a very hot day last year ON THE DAY I CALLED! We had to have a sump pump replaced on a separate visit and just recently our water heater had to be placed. All jobs were done quickly and I have had no problems since the repairs. Also Kay, in the office has been very helpful and respected my wishes concerning our health situation.
