When I tell you these guys are stellar, I mean S-T-E-L-L-A-R!!! I had to call them out to do some work on my heater. They were very responsive, prices were on par, respectful of my home and time. Presented me with a few different options but didn't try to up sale anything which I really appreciated. Just gave me the options and let me make a choice. Outlined the work they said they would need to do, and communicated when they had to look at other parts, Communication is very important to me, especially when there's a delay or change, so I was so appreciative of that. They even offered to find me some heaters to use if they wouldn't be able to get it done before evening. I mean, just outstanding and very customer service focused! Jesse is a master mechanic and is a no fluff kind of guy. He's honest and he'll tell you what's actually wrong with your vehicle and whether or not it's an issue that needs immediate attention or if it can wait. Doesn't try to upsell you.
