The service that I received was by far the best ever! The technician was professional, prompt and courteous. I have used their service before on our farm and have also used them in Lincoln over all the other service people there. I know that I can always receive the best service at a more than fair price.
My 54 year old ac fan motor quit, been anticipating it but Andrew at Milford AC gave a good faith effort and attempted to find a replacement motor. Proved to old to be viable, so we designed a system with an air source heat pump and furnace, modern equipment. This family run business is the one your looking for! They will repair your equipment if it's feasible not just manipulate for system replacement! Great experience and the installation crew were fantastic. When I tell you these guys are stellar, I mean S-T-E-L-L-A-R!!! I had to call them out to do some work on my heater. They were very responsive, prices were on par, respectful of my home and time. Presented me with a few different options but didn't try to up sale anything which I really appreciated. Just gave me the options and let me make a choice. Outlined the work they said they would need to do, and communicated when they had to look at other parts, Communication is very important to me, especially when there's a delay or change, so I was so appreciative of that. They even offered to find me some heaters to use if they wouldn't be able to get it done before evening....read full review
