Andrew just finished up work at my house. He takes his work above and beyond. I tried fixing stuff myself, ended up messing EVERYTHING up. He not only fixed the problems I caused but explained everything he was doing, gave a estimate on price for parts and labor and even drove to Lincoln from Milford on a Saturday night for a control board on Labor day weekend. Andrew is the absolute best at what he does. I would recommend him to anyone. Reasonably priced, great guy, if you need HVAC he is the guy to call!
The service that I received was by far the best ever! The technician was professional, prompt and courteous. I have used their service before on our farm and have also used them in Lincoln over all the other service people there. I know that I can always receive the best service at a more than fair price.
My 54 year old ac fan motor quit, been anticipating it but Andrew at Milford AC gave a good faith effort and attempted to find a replacement motor. Proved to old to be viable, so we designed a system with an air source heat pump and furnace, modern equipment. This family run business is the one your looking for! They will repair your equipment if it's feasible not just manipulate for system replacement! Great experience and the installation crew were fantastic. They had it done in 2 days and we're a pleasure to have around! Thanks Milford AC
