I was incredibly impressed with Shield Roofing Company. They came out to inspect a leak in my roof, and to my surprise, they fixed it on the spot at no charge. It's rare to find a company that is so honest and willing to help without trying to upsell unnecessary work. The were professional, prompt, and courteous throughout the entire visit. I appreciate their outstanding customer service, and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for a trustworthy roofing company.
Shield Roofing was great! I worked primarily with Logan. He was very communicative and went above and beyond. We were not an easy case but he never made me feel like our business wasn't worth the effort. He was clear about the process from the jump. Once we got the financing in place, it was very fast. His crew made sure to clean up all the garbage and nails, even using a metal detector. That detail was much appreciated, especially since we have kiddos who play in the yard. The pricing was fair and the work looks good.
