I've been cared for both by Dr. Sneed and Dr. Ashley. Both took the time to listen to my concerns to properly diagnose the cause of my pain. Both times I've walked in with restricted movement and left feeling like a much better version of myself! On top of that, both Dr. Ashley and Dr. Sneed have provided me with exercises to prevent me from having future visits for the same issue! Highly recommend! I know I've found my forever chiropractors!

I was never a person who got a regular message, occasionally I would go while traveling. But Following the excellent PT/ART from Dr Sanchez at Spine and Sport she recommended that I follow up with message therapy to keep my sciatica at bay.I was not looking for some fancy spa experience but someone that would work the knots out and take the ache out of work travel. Renee nailed it. She is amazing- conscientious but also makes you feel comfortable. Message is not for everyone and I never thought I would be one that signs up a couple times a month but she has been a lifesaver for me!

I love massages with Renee! Her massages are so unique in comparison to what you would find in a spa setting. They are relaxing but her technique is very different to help clients gain better function and mobility in sports and daily function. She uses great pressure and is a delight to talk to!
