Gavin was friendly, professional, respectful of our home and put forth extra effort, finding the necessary part. “Bethany Plumbing was absolutely great. I had water coming up out of my basement shower drain and floor drain anytime I washed clothes or drained the bath tub. I knew I needed my main sewage drain cleared out. I called on Monday around lunch time and they said they could be out the very next day. They called me the day of my appointment to let me know the plumber would be to my house in about 30 minutes. The plumber's name was Emerson and he showed up on time and got to work right away. It only took him about an hour to clear the drain. He told me exactly what the problem was (tree roots and cast iron build up). My bathroom was clean and dry when he left and the final price was only $300. I had other larger plumbing companies quote me $800. I will 100% be calling these folks again if I ever need plumbing work in my home.“
