Austin is the best!! All the other companies we called couldn't come for 2 or 3 days. He came out on a sunday night and diagnosed the problem but we had to wait for the part the next morning. He called us first thing and had it fixed by noon. Our ac went out on a 100 degree day and he had our home back to normal within 24 hours of the first phone call. We will be calling National furnace in the future! Thank you Austin for everything!
Our air conditioner stopped working on one of the hottest days of the year so honestly didn’t think I’d get anyone out same day on a weekend evening.
