We had Benak’s out to look at our AC after it gave us an error and we noticed condensation on our ducts. Tech was very nice and helpful - very hot day. Something was accidentally disconnected during cleaning so AC stopped working after tech left. Bob did apologize for this and we appreciated his remedy for our trouble.
Benak came right away when our A/C broke down on Friday. They scheduled us the first appointment on Monday morning. Erick was knowledgeable and professional. He explained everything and what he needed to do. He found the part needed locally, picked it up, and was back in less than an hour. The unit needed to be cleaned and he did that too. He finished within two hours and by the end of the day the house was cool and comfortable. We would highly recommend Benak Heating and Cooling.
