This is a very quaint, nice hair salon. It isn't trying to be "hip" or "up and coming". They're there to do your hair. And from what I've witnessed, they do that very well. The cosmetologists/staff are professional, personable; they listen to what you want and suggest stuff that you may like. They aim to make you happy with your hair. My stylist is Deb Schroeder and I haven't been displeased once; not even close to displeased. She does a fabulous job on my tint, cut & style! She always makes me comfortable, by offering me a beverage and talking with me about how I liked my hair from the last time and how I might like it done this time. In regards to the "accidental damage" done to my building...Vicki told her sons to put on their cleats, very much in her control...they then walked around on my stained concrete floor, creating deep scratches that required costly repair. I didn't try to charge her, I did charge her, and she paid for it. Over two years ago....
