Very polite and respected service by real personnel. The only reason dropping one star is related to the AI robot during the initial call. I had to repeat all the documentation and answer to questions. Receptionist did not have that information and was unable to locate it in the system. Only received partial details. Dentist was excellent and would recommend to anyone. My case requires a follow-up visit for a crown. So can update after that.
