“I’ve been looking for ways to spread the word about Cait Cain at the Lincoln Acupuncture Project. She is the best-kept health secret in Lincoln, Nebraska, and possibly the state. Her work should not be such a secret. In a group room, extremities only, with the most optimal sliding scale imaginable, Cait Cain works more miracles than any other somatic provider. She makes child’s play of mainstream insurance addiction, known for cutting people into slices. In late July of this 2025 year, she made an excruciating pain episode bearable when I needed to drive to Indiana for a family funeral. I’ve been to many wonderful acupuncturist and chiropractor over the four decades of adulthood. Not to value any of them, but what’s outstanding about Kate is her efficiency.
