We’ve been going to Thrive now for a couple years I think, and it’s been very cool to see the growth and change in all of us, but especially our now 5 year old! When we started, Theo seemed to be struggling a lot with emotional outbursts and tantrums. It felt like he was constantly throwing fits, and it was always very minor things that would set him off. He would go from 0 to 100 in a matter of seconds. It was just really hard for him to regulate his emotions. Now fast forward to right now and he is so much more emotionally balanced, rarely throws tantrums, and when he does, it takes very little time and effort to help him calm down. Ever since starting at thrive my son has had better digestive health and an increased appetite. His patience has increased and he thoroughly enjoys visiting the office!For me, my headaches have pretty much gone away and my overall mood and energy have increased. I have significantly less tension in my shoulders and neck and I’m sleeping so much better!
