Jessie was the technician (and helper) that repaired our Geo thermo system. They did a great job, very friendly and always communicated when they needed to order a part and reschedule to complete the final repair. Highly recommend Action and Jessie!
Aaron was fantastic. Knew what he was doing, was very professional and personable, and held good conversation while also staying hard at work. They took care of everything with my dishwasher install, including taking away the packaging and the old dishwasher for me. When issues were encountered due to my kitchen being a tough nut to crack, he stayed persistent and made sure that he didn’t leave until he had the dishwasher installed as well as he possibly could. One big thing we appreciated was the mounting bracket screwed into the bottom of the counter was sticking out a hair, I didn’t even notice but Aaron did and insisted on fixing it so that no one, especially our three little kids, would risk cutting themselves on the metal bracket. Will definitely be using Action for any future needs! Thanks guys
