My friends & I attended the Restorative Yoga & Sound Bath session on 7/10/23. It was a lovely experience. The yoga provided some stretching & relaxation & the sound bath added greatly to the relaxation. My friends all said they left so relaxed & at peace & that they slept well that night. We'll be attending more of these & other classes at this studio.
