“I typically only leave reviews when I have good things to say. That’s exactly the case for Sandra Martin Dentistry. I see why they are booked until some far off month in 2026. First of all, they called me to get in on a cancelled appointment. I took it for my annual check/cleaning. From the moment I walked in the door for my appointment, the lady at the front desk anticipated who I was from the log. That was kinda cool. Then, I first met with Sonya. She greeted me with a smile. She was nice and had small talk with me and took my X-Rays. Then Dr. Sandra Martin herself came in and checked my dentals. She was nice as well. They both asked me about where I’m from and complimented how my tooth looked and encouraged me to keep up good hygiene. Then what was also a real good touch is how Dr. Martin realized my son had come in a couple weeks ago and put 2 & 2 together. They both thanked me for my service cause Sonya has a significant other in the Navy and Dr. Martin’s father served in the Army as well. Then I went to get my cleaning done. I feel so bad I can’t remember her name but she was super nice as well. We connected on several things in our conversation like weather in NC and AZ and of course food. Mainly pizza and donuts. She even gave me her daughters instagram because she is an influencer and gives reviews on food spots. You already know my family is going to try them out. I just gotta say that this dental office didn’t just treat me like a customer or a client. They treated me like a friend. We just moved to NC last month, so finding places that make you feel welcome is a great feeling in a new place. I really appreciate everyone in that office. I would recommend anyone and everyone to get in with this office. Thank you Dr. Sandra Martin and your entire staff.“

“I'm sorry to see 2 really bad reviews. I can't imagine anyone in this office being rude or Dr belcea not caring for his patients.I've been seeing Dr belcea since 2008 and always had pretty good visits. I liked him for his patience and more holistic approach and sometimes thinking outside the box. He definitely attempts to look at the root of the problem and not the symptom. Yes I did join the membership but I am on Medicare so by no means am I in an "elite" group. I am paying no more or right about the same as medical expenses when I had work insurance. He is available for emergency services, I can easily get an appointment that same day or in a day. He is very precise in following up with ordered tests, takes his time with each patient and has a great bedside manner. I hope to never go back to traditional medical Drs not that they r necessarily bad but due to insurance requirements. And yes he does seem to have a bit of front staff turnover, but all of them seem to be rather nice.“
