“I recently started coming to Carolinas Dentist after my old dentist was no longer considered a network provider by my insurance. After reviewing a list of providers that Cigna sent me, one clearly stood above the rest in terms of professional experience and patient satisfaction. I was very impressed right from the start with Carolina’s Dentist. Their staff was very friendly and welcoming from Rose who answered my initial call to the kind and professional care by Karina, the Dr. assistant and Ellie who administered a peri assessment of my teeth and scheduled me for a deep cleaning. Dr. Woolf is a very kind and gentle dentist with a very friendly demeanor that puts you at ease right away. You can tell he is well thought of and respected by his staff, They really enjoy working with him and it shows.
Dr. Woolf looked over my assessment, developed a plan, offered me some alternatives and went to work right away. He prepared two teeth for crowns, and they manufactured them both onsite, The crowns were fitted and put in at the same time eliminating the need for another appointment. Promisse and Rose had put together a payment plan which fits my budget perfectly,
All in all, this was a great experience from first impressions through completion.
