Dr. Buckner and her staff are beyond amazing. I had Heidi as my hygienist and immediately felt at ease. We chatted for a little bit before the appointment started and it made a huge difference- I am not a fan of the dentist and get very anxious. Dr. Buckner started my treatment planning and is amazing as always-literally the only dentist I’ve ever felt comfortable with. When I checked out Amy had my treatment plan all set up with only the necessities first so I wouldn’t get overwhelmed with everything. It was my first time ever going to the dentist. They made it such a great and easy experience. Everyone was super nice. If you're debating on going to a specific dentist, pick this one!
From billing to the front desk to the hygienist, dentist and x-rays, I received nothing short of phenomenal care and honesty. I have tried several other dentists in the Raleigh area and none of them were honest or skilled. This office has redeemed the terrible care and service I received at the previous offices and I’m so thankful a friend recommended this practice to me!
