“I saw a PA here, Frank Patrick, PA-C, a few days ago. He has the best bedside manner that I’ve experienced in a provider since records went digital. He seemed like he cared, listened, and believed what I was telling him about my level of discomfort. I also was accurately tested and diagnosed, as well as prescribed something to help mitigate symptoms while we waited for testing results. He seemed knowledgeable, and I left feeling informed about how to care for myself at home. I always appreciate having a good experience with a provider because I get anxious about healthcare because I’ve had some bad experiences and often feel like I have to advocate for myself more than I should have to. The other staff I met were also friendly and helpful.“
