710 Park Center Dr Suite 200, Matthews“This was my 3rd time getting PT at this location. I requested Brett, the same person I had last time. I had to have PT for a revised knee replacement. This location has such wonderful staff. The front desk check in and out is always so pleasant. They take time to remember your name so it makes it more personalized.
Brett is an amazing Physical Therapist. His calm demeanor is such a pleasure. He will work you (even if you don’t wanna move), but will listen when you say you are hurting. He tries to understand what is going on with you as a person. This time I had 21 visits and he absolutely tried his best to get me moving.
Today I graduated from PT and I hope I do not have to go back for something else, but if I do I would definitely use this location again.“

“Experience overall amazing with the nurse, doctor, anesthesiologist. I was having problems with an insurance denial of the procedure and finally got in after my GI PA did a peer to peer right before! However, I am dissatisfied with my experience leaving. You are monitored after sedation for a bit but I was woken up by a technician with all monitoring connections already disconnected. Mind you, I have POTS, a condition that affects heart rate and blood pressure. Still feeling unstable (dizzy and weak), I was rushed by the tech to get up. I was not able to stand since it takes me a moment longer than normal. I was not asked if I was okay by any means. She did help me sit up (I almost fell over onto the floor) then she put my clothes on me after seeing I was unable to. She helped me into the wheelchair and I was quickly brought out. I’m not saying I should’ve been monitored for hours but I felt very rushed and given my pre-existing condition, my discharge could’ve been handled a lot more professionally and they could’ve at least made sure I was feeling okay.“
