The reception staff were friendly and efficient, promptly checking me in and answering any questions I had.The waiting area was clean and comfortable, with ample seating and a calming ambiance. I didn't have to wait long before being called back to see the doctor, which was a pleasant surprise compared to other offices I've been to in the past.Dr. Sylva Okoye, the physician I saw, was exceptional. Not only was she knowledgeable and professional, but she also took the time to listen to my concerns and address them thoroughly. Dr Sylva Okoye just makes you feel like family. She explained everything in detail and made sure I understood what was required.The nursing staff was also fantastic, providing compassionate care and making me feel at ease throughout my visit especially when taking blood.Overall, my experience at Eastway Medical Clinic & Urgent Care was top-notch.
