I have been have shoulder pain over a week almost two weeks. I was told by my coworker Jessica to go to OrthoCarolina Urgent Care. I was glad I came. Everyone was friendly from check in to receiving care from Katelyn. After I explained my problem to her, she knew exactly what my issue was and diagnosed the problem. She was thorough with giving me my treatment options. She was professional, kind and friendly. I would recommend Katelyn if you ever have to go to OrthoCarolina Urgent care for a orthopedic problem. The provider Georgia Tanner PA-C was absolutely amazing. I brought my son in because he injured his finger playing football. I don't think I've ever encountered a provider who anticipated our questions/thoughts the way she did and thoroughly explained everything. She was incredibly thorough, transparent, and took the time to get and provide clarity. Her demeanor and level of engagement were exceptional and we felt that we mattered and were valued. I would highly recommend her to anyone and truly appreciate the outstanding care she provided.
