My experience was, as usual at this facility, a positive one. The staff out front are very friendly and helpful. The nurse was also friendly and responsive to my questions. The provider, Rebecca Self, a physician assistant, was excellent. She was knowledgeable. She listened carefully to my questions and concerns, addressed them thoroughly, and advised me clearly as to next steps. She exhibited a kind and caring manner throughout. I was thoroughly satisfied with my visit.
Great place for medical services. Everything was seamless from setting up the appointment, friendly check in, no wait time, great doctor and onsite lab work. My lab results were available before I even got home. Novant did a great job.
The office and medical assistant staff were very friendly and welcoming. Dr. Galbreath was wonderful. He looked me in the eye and focused on what I was saying. Really seemed to care. Very pleased to have him as my new PCP.
