Check in and intake processes were smooth. Dr Gay reviewed my physical history with me, asked lots of questions, and then ordered bloodwork and X-rays. He was very nice, knowledgeable, and easy to work with, and I would highly recommend him.

I am always thankful for the care I receive at Novant Health Rheumatology and Arthritis - Westbrook. Dr. Robert Gay and his staff are professional, encouraging, and eager to solve problems. Recently I was very sick and needed to be seen before my upcoming appointment. When my doctor requested this appointment, Dr. Gay was able to work me into his schedule that week. He worked to decide which specialist I needed to see first and worked to get me this referral. Since I was so weak my husband came with me to the appointment. After being told that I have Lupus for the past 9 years, the rhuematologist said all my labs were negative. She didn't offer any guidance for more testing or may be seeing another kind of doctor. I was told that I did not have to return to her. Now I'm still sick, in shock and nowhere to go.
Everyone else was great from the reception desk to the doctors nurses.
