The entire staff at Hillcrest was friendly and welcoming. The appointment with Dr Mirello was not rushed. Allyson pre exam was relaxed making me feel very comfortable.

I called my previous eye dr, in Clemmons, for an annual eye appointment. Apparently it's been 3 years since my last eye exam. I never received an email or phone call in those 3 years. When I called, I learned that they don't take my insurance anymore.
So I researched, through my insurance, to find an eye dr. I found a few that are near me and I checked out their reviews! Hillcrest Vision has 4.8 stars and I'm four minutes from them. So I called them and gave them my insurance stuff. They made my appointment! They sent me email reminders for my appointment and a form to fill out and answer some questions. They are very thorough and detailed.

First time at Hillcrest Vision and was very satisfied. Everyone was so good and helpful. Very thorough with everything they did. They answered all my questions and explained everything to me. I would highly recommend Hillcrest for all your vision needs. 10 out of 10
