The staff at this location is fantastic! I was a little skeptical of having to do an eye exam without the eye doctor on site. Then Jenn walked me through every step on the various machines & the eye exam and she was so thorough. After that Jason helped me through the painful part...paying. He was so kind and made sure I left the store with the glasses I desperately needed. Don't think I've been so happy leaving an optical store before. I highly recommend this store!
I broke my glasses and was able to schedule an exam the same day. The staff made sure I left with sample contacts to wear and were extremely patient and kind :)
I know their 2/$89 is like bait and switch to get you in there BUT I had the best experience at the Winston Salem store. There was 3 employees, Bri the eye tech, and I hate I didn’t get the other 2 names but it was a younger guy and lady. They all 3 were amazing! Typically I dread going in somewhere like this but they all 3 made my experience wonderful!
