Brandi provided excellent customer service when I purchased my first pair of eyeglasses nine months ago, which is why I returned to Target optical. When I purchased an additional pair this winter, Brandi’s knowledge and clear explanations, especially for someone new to wearing glasses, were incredibly helpful. She patiently accommodated all of my requests when adjustments were needed. I highly recommend Target optical and working with Brandi.
