The two employees were very helpful in assisting me in selecting frames. I changed my mind several times and they were patient and understanding. I had trouble using my Flex card due to a BCBS error and they patiently waited for me to straighten out the issue and offered advice and good suggestions. I did have some difficulty understanding one employee due to her accent but she was very nice when I needed her to repeat herself.
Went into Target Optical on Hanes Mall Blvd to get my contact prescription filled. Brandy greeted me with a big smile. She discovered an error in my prescription, called the eye drs office and got it corrected. She’s professional, friendly and helpful.
