    I love Lourdes Ramos FNP! She is the best and treats you like family. I’m only giving this clinic 2 stars because their receptionist NEEDS to be replaced or they NEED to hire another one. Many times have I called the clinic where there was NO ONE to answer. I left voicemails, tried calling an hour later, waited for a call back and no one picked up or even fave me a callback. You have to call them again to be accommodated. Today I called and FINALLY someone picked up the second time, had my question sorta answered and before I could even ask another question SHE HUNG UP ON ME!
