Services socks... didn't even help point me in the right direction to where I can go ... very rude ... this is not community care at all ...I wouldn't recommend this place to nobody

Never answer the phone...and when I finally get in touch with Karen she was very rude and acted like it was my fault that I wasn't told that I needed to apply for Medicaid before applying for service.. I thought this was a free clinic !!!!!!

My mother has been going to this clinic for many years she has received great care from the physicians in that facility what upsets me is not the facility is the secretary and people in the front of the clinic not only was mother talked down to from the secretary in the office but told That she was not a priority and what made her think she was more important than anyone else? One thing you don't do is speak to someone that way and two the only reason that women felt like she had the right to speak that way would be because she knows that patients won't speak up because they need the care and they need the physicians assistance with there health problems my mom has diabetes...read full review
