We've been taking our toy poodle here for over 15 years. He's almost 17 and now blind and deaf but Alex takes great care of him. I can drop him off on my way to work and pick him up when I get off. She takes him outside for potty breaks and she's the queen of good boy treats. They send reminder texts about your appointment the day before and they'll text you again when they've finished their services. I pray that we never ever have to find another groomer. Alex is good at her job and she's good to my dog. When I got there to pick him up today, he was whining because she left the room. We love her and Sam loves her too. Our extended family has been coming to Groomingdales for well over a decade. They have incredible record keeping, great staff and quality work. Kudos, Groomingdales.
