Total was reasonable considering they could share a larger kennel and was their first time away from home over night. Loved that they video the dogs hanging out and post on fb. Did not seem especially nervous after they came home. Both dogs seemed happy and at their baseline behavior.“

“I would highly recommend Kristin Roberts, trainer at K9 Off Leash Training in Wilmington. I have two 1-year old Labrador Retrievers, Cooper and Scout, who needed some intense, immersive training. They were really bad at pulling on the leash when walking, jumping up, and being reactive to the smallest distractions. I decided on a 2-week board and train with Kristin. I was a bit skeptical at first that the training would not be enough to get them to change. But after Cooper’s 2-weeks with Kristin, I was amazed. She was so good with him. Would Scout be the same way? Oh yes, he was the same way. I was in disbelief. How did she do that! Needless to say, my boys now listen and follow commands a lot better than before. Another note about how great Kristin is: she had both of my boys on their first birthdays. They were born within a week of each other. Knowing this was a special day, Kristin went out and bought a birthday “pupcake” for both of my boys on their first birthday, along with a candle. Kristin videoed each of the boys as she sang Happy Birthday to them and presented them with their “pupcake!” That’s what I call going over and above the call of duty. “This was a great experience for me and my dog. Lainie was super friendly and knowledgeable. My dog is very reactive and afraid of people but by the end of our first visit he was following Lainie around and when I left to go to my car instead of waiting by the door for me (as usual) I came back to find him again following Lainie. I'm so glad I brought him to see her. I booked my next sessions before I left her studio. As an added bonus when he showed interest in some agility equipment she had she let him give it a try and he followed her instructions to the letter.“

“I saw another post about not having your previous pets records. They had all my pets records when I arrived because I provided that information for them. It is your responsibility as a pet owner to have all that set up. Not the vets. As when you have a child you provide all previous child's records so the Doctors know. Don't blame the Dr for your lack of pet ownership. And having all the paperwork of your pets issues.“

“We bring our two cats here for rabies shots and exams. The staff is great and I would feel comfortable coming here if anything major ever happened to our cats.“

“Dr. Batts and everybody on his team are amazing. All our phone calls were returned same day and all our questions answered. Attention to detail on every level is great. Our dog had 2 major surgeries. Time was taken to explain every step. We knew exactly what to expect and what to do.“

“Diane is a great teacher and knows the proper way to train different breeds. And by train the different breeds I actually mean teach us humans how to train our dogs. Classes are short yet full of hands-on training.“

“We had just moved to Wilmington and our rescue hound needed some care to his mouth. We has already seen another vet here and did not find the experience satisfactory and hugely expensive for what was provided ( a standard vaccination). Needham was recommended to us. We cannot say enough about how welcoming the space is, how courteous and friendly the staff were and how exceptional Dr. Gentile was in his thorough and knowledgeable approach, his recommendations and the complete lack of "push" for more tests or treatments. Our pup is 8 years old and we had been to many vets over the years - the majority were skilled and provided adequate service, some excellent service - but our wary rescue usually resisted entering a vet building and mostly trembled in the waiting room. Not this time - his tail did not stop wagging and his face was relaxed and happy. Is that not the best recommendation? our canine companions know so much more than we do! The treatment on his mouth is working a dream and the cost was very reasonable.“

“Team was pretty awesome with the vet techs and Dr. very helpful and knowledgeable. Only reason I am giving 4 stars is that the reception desk wasn’t quite as welcoming. Some were very nice but most appeared they were only there to do a job. Trinity however was very friendly and bubbly. Keeping my fur babies here for now.“

“My cats survived and were medicated properly. Even thought they're ruthless and can be quiet aggressive with strangers. Happy to report they seemed perfectly healthy and safe the whole trip. Employees were very friendly and accommodating.“
