Highly recommend Longwave as your yoga home! This studio is clean, everyone is so friendly, and the space is very calming. I prefer yin yoga and this studio makes it so easy for me to focus and tune out everything else!

One of the best yoga studios in town hands down. The staff is amazing and reliable. There are various classes offered for any one of your needs! I highly recommend Longwave to anyone and Everyone!!!

Absolutely love Longwave! There hasn’t been a class I have taken that I haven’t enjoyed. All the teachers and staff make it incredibly welcoming and are always there to answer questions.
