I took my first class and I loved it! I didn't know what to expect but this was really cool. You go in and there is a room to your left which has several machines on each sides. Each machine has different contraptions for different parts of your body. You get a full body workout and it is fun, exciting and relaxing all at the same time.

Easy to find the right class and instructors to meet your particular needs. Classes include easy modifications either to accommodate injuries or aging as necessary or to ramp up your fitness level. So much more affordable than private training but with all the benefits. #pilatesbingo @ club Pilates Wilmington

This is a wonderful, welcoming place. They have different types of classes, they use reformer machines, bonsu ball, lots of attachments... the class was fun, informative, just an over all good experience. The place was spotless, and lots of parking at this location.
