Recently had my 22 year old HVAC replaced by Fulford. I first want to praise the installers, Jon and Jordan. They were both very knowledgeable, professional and friendly. They wasted no time removing my old unit and had new one installed by mid afternoon. They did an excellent job cleaning up the area after they were finished with the installation. I feel most of the time the installers probably don't get the recognition they deserve. My salesman Jeff was also very professional and friendly. From start to finish this has been an outstanding experience. Fulford came out immediately for an estimate, communicated thoroughly what to expect, what was included and when it was going to be done! And they just did it!!! And it was a very competitive price. They showed up in three days on the scheduled day( on time) and completed the install in one day. The follow up has been AWESOME!
Our other HVAC dude is a really good guy and very competent but, he would never show up. He would make promises and would MAYBE get something done 2 months later.
