I wish I could give Vic snd Chris and the installation team ten or more stars. From start to finish Floors of Wilmington were professional, friendly, and efficient. We had luxury vinyl installed in a rental house and it looks beautiful. I couldn’t be more pleased with this whole experience. Thanks to everyone involved.

I was incredibly surprised that this company did not have any reviews on Google. I was shopping for Luxury Vinyl Plank floors for probably a year before I finally decided to do it. I went to a local place in Wilmington and got a quote for $2-$3k higher than what Floors of Wilmington charged. I also went to Home Depot and didn't like the brands they offered. Finally I decided to call Costco. I trust Costco and their guarantee immensely, so the fact that they use Floors of Wilmington as their local vendor says a lot. Chris, one of the Floors of Wilmington Representatives came over that same day and measured my floors at no charge. He also offered to measure my bedrooms...read full review

Wood floor refinishing services. Bad sanding job. I can see belt marks in multiple areas. They did not prefill some open cracks between boards and did not finish ie varnish, new oak base shoe molding. I called them two weeks after the work was compleated to ask if the cracks could be addressed. and they said they would come in a few days and check it out . THEY SAID they eould on that friday. Two weeks later I haven't seen them . I have made three return calls and they aren't taking my calls. I paid cash immediately upon completion. I brought someone else in to finish the base shoe. Their work is mediocre. Nice enough people to work with. They did help move some furnature And did stay with the job till finished . The use an off brand, and inexpensive poly finish. I upgraded to buona traffic hd. Add $450, I did have them bring it all to the job for inspection to insure it was used. APARENTLY THEY DO NOT STAND BEHIND THEIR WORK.
