The service was absolutely excellent. The Techs were polite, respectful and most of all trustworthy and professional. Terry Jacobs is the owner. You do not get any better than Terry. He and his team are first class.
Edit: so a few months later, my almost 20 year old HVAC system finally quit on me (knew it was coming). So here’s my new and very positive review for Coastal Comfort Air. Had my entire HVAC system replaced by Terry and his crew, and they did a great job. Terry was easy to work with, took the time to answer my questions, and made sure everything was done right. The crew was professional, respectful of my home, and worked efficiently from start to finish. The installation went smoothly, everything was cleaned up when they were done. Coastal Comfort Air was so professional, prompt and helpful. Even during the install all my questions and concerns were addressed by Jesus, Ty and Terry. I would highly recommend this company.
