“Harmony Pet Resort was the perfect place for our Molly. She is 9 months old and this was her first time away from us and she did great. The staff was so caring and attentive and made sure she was put in the right play group for her personality. They sent pictures throughout the day and quickly responded to any of our questions. We are so pleased that we found a safe and loving place with caring attendants for our Molly. It was such a positive experience that we will send her back just for play days. “Woke up to my dogs face swollen on one side and I was FREAKED OUT> Newish to the area and had no idea where to go. Thanks to NextDoor - I saw 2 recommendations that stood out. I was SO lucky to call Ansede. They were beyond kind even though I was a bit panicked. They got some info over the phone and told me to come on in. They were amazing. Everyone was nice - Cookie was wagging her tail the whole time. They took us right in and were quick to assure me that Cookie was fine and it was most likely just a bug or spider bite. They did a couple other maintenance things since we were there and get more done since we were paying the visit fee. They were the best - and they are now Cookies official Vet! Highly recommend !!!“

“My very adventurous (and occasionally naughty) golden retriever loves finding puddles of mud to lie in. On this particular day, we were in a rush and needed to get her a bath FAST. We had seen the Pet Wash but had never gone so we brought her in and it was a wonderful experience. We were greeted and immediatly helped with the machines, and our pup was given plenty of cookies. It was easy to use and I loved that they provide soap and brushes.

Jamie can be skiddish and nervous, especially when getting dried, but the drier options they have made the experience less stressful for her (and me!) I'll go back whenever my pups need a bath!“

Unfortunately, we didn’t have the funds for an emergency procedure, but the amazing team at Vetco went above and beyond to help us. They worked diligently to create an alternative plan that allowed our girl to be treated in-office the very next day; saving us thousands of dollars, and most importantly, saving her.

“My pup loved her day at Pet Paradise. Typically when taking her to an unfamiliar place she is uncertain and unsure when I hand off her leash. We arrived and she saw the other dogs playing and the pool and it was like “Bye Felicia”. When I picked her up she was all tuckered out. I’ll definitely bring her back.“

“I brought my Norwegian Forest cat, Misha, to Ashley for a grooming. Misha had some terrible mats. (She gets them every spring - shedding season.). Although she was busy, Ashley fit us into her schedule for the following day after my phone call. Ashley was very attentive to my concerns, and above all was very caring and gentle with my cat. Knowing cats well, she did not over-groom to the point of stressing out Misha. It was easy to tell that Ashley loves her work, loves animals and is very sensitive to their needs.“
