Went to this PetSmart location with our two Irish setters for grooming. We had never been to this grooming location before. Autumn and her assistant did a beautiful job the best grooming we’ve had for our girls since we moved to North Carolina almost 3 years ago. I highly recommend their services. Five star all the way. She will now be our regular groomer
As a fellow customer service worker I know it is important to call out good service when it is noticed, so I am writing to rave about my positive experience with Kevin. I hope his dedication to going out of his way to help customers is noticed! He is a wonderful worker who is an absolute delight to interact with. I would drive the extra 20 minutes to visit this location just because of him!
Okay. I can't speak to the store, but I NEED to shout-out Kevin. He's knowledgeable about proper husbandry for the creatures under his care, and even more he CARES about them, from the fish down to the crickets. They're all living things, and you can tell he knows and values that. I had a phenomenal experience today thanks to him, and he even helped me when I had waaaaaaaaaay too much stuff and no buggy.
So, thank you Kevin! Good luck, God speed, the horrors persist but so do you.
