Dr. Lee and Melissa (Vet Tech) are awesome!! I have a high maintenance cat (he’d rather rip their faces off then be touched by someone at the vet) who has had major gut issues/cancer and not only do they make me feel heard with my concerns, thoughts, and input, but they also take as much time as needed to answer questions and return phone calls. They truly care about my cats and doing what is best for them.
Honestly all of the employees are so friendly and caring. They make you feel like family and it’s an authentic welcome as soon as you walk in the door. I have never had an unpleasant experience with anyone in this office. This is why I trust our next generation of fur babies to them and am so thankful our previous ones were able to feel the loving care they received.
I have been going to Hemlock Bluffs Animal Hospital for almost 10 years. We have a senior dog and I couldn’t imagine taking him any place else! ALL of the staff, from the front counter, to the technicians have been SO caring and loving of my dog. They always greet him with so much love and know him by name! The Veterinarians expertise and care for my dog is beyond exceptional….and SO compassionate!
