Distinctive Remodeling (DR) was recommended by a firm that had done a major remodel for me but was not available to help on this project. In 2-3 months DR did a detailed design with 3d rendering which was very accurate of what the final product turned out to be. They listened to our input and the design was very much a collaborate effort. We didn’t change the outside footprint of the house but took the inside down to the studs. “It was an outstanding experience working with Jill on remodeling our master bathroom. She was the master coordinator for all of the various workmen coming into our home. Each and every one of her people were courteous, thorough, cleanly, and prompt. We will most definitely be using her again in the near future for the kid's bathroom. Just to give 2 examples of how much she takes pride in her work: After we were all done and she came on our final walk-through, she noticed that a 2 foot section of wall was a little rougher than all of the other sections, and she initiated having her painter come out and redo that section of the wall for us. Lastly, a month after our project was done and signed off, our shower door had a very small water drip near the hinge. We sent her pictures of the problem, and she quickly scheduled her shower glass people to come out and put a different seal at the bottom of the door. This 100% fixed the problem and it was free of charge. I can't recommend her enough. She is very kind and treats each and every one of her people so well.“
