And the estimate was exactly what they charged. They began work immediately. There was an issue where I need drywall repairs and they connected me with a company who also came immediately. And every employee of Lloyd’s was very nice, worked very hard and did a great job. What I really appreciated was their office was kept me informed of who was coming when to do what, and they always arrived at the time I was told.
