“It’s never a great day when you need the services of a plumber - especially not at night, on a weekend or on a holiday!?! Unfortunately our issues revealed themselves late on a Sunday evening of the holiday weekend - ugh! Living in a small, remote community, our options are limited but I started calling and most everyone was busy, didn’t answer, didn’t come to this area or it would be 3 days before they could arrive. EXCEPT for Fender Brothers Plumbing! They were responsive, kind, compassionate and went into problem-solving and emergency scheduling mode - all of which was necessary in our situation. The guys were timely, professional and thorough and cleaned behind themselves. Since that experience, I’ve chosen to use Fender Brothers Plumbing exclusively! I cannot recommend them highly enough.”
