“Several pipe joints in our home had burst as a result of the freezing winter weather. Apparently they had not been drained properly (first time in over twenty years). When we turned on the well pump we had water coming from several locations including one in the ceiling. After turning off the pump I began to call plumbers that I found on the web and based on their reviews.
LaBonte was the only company that could address the situation that day, and I was advised I would be charged time and a half since it was after 4:30. In all fairness I was offered a normal appointment a few days later, but due to the urgency of the matter we chose to gave the ok to proceed.
Within a half an hour their service Tech Kevin and his assistant Riley showed up. They assessed the situation and initiated the repairs. Luckily two of the breaks were exposed and only one required cutting out parts of a wall and ceiling.
Kevin was very good at keeping us informed as to what he was doing and conscious of the cost we were incurring at the time and a half rate. He and Riley worked efficiently to make the necessary repairs. They were very polite and cleaned up after themselves as best they could.
Luckily when the system was pressurized no further leaks appeared. A job well done.
