Extremely responsive. I left a request for service in the evening. Next morning I rcvd a call at 8:00 am and the technician was over an hour later with an estimate. And the estimate was exactly what they charged. They began work immediately. There was an issue where I need drywall repairs and they connected me with a company who also came immediately. And every employee of Lloyd’s was very nice, worked very hard and did a great job. What I really appreciated was their office was kept me informed of who was coming when to do what, and they always arrived at the time I was told. This is the second time I have used Lloyds and I will never call anyone else.
We had an emergency water heater leak, they were able to arrive that day, immediately rerouted the cold water past the leaking water heater for NO charge (so we had water), then came by early the next morning to do the repair. They replaced our leaking 25-year-old water heater with a modern tankless system and had it up and running that evening, so we had hot water. They came by the next morning to clean up and get the check. They had to crawl under our house to get the drains installed correctly and discovered an old broken pipe that we were not aware of, took photographs, and now we plan to have them come back and repair it. Thomas was great, very experienced, and got everything arranged. Sergio was the main repairman and was wonderful to work with. They brought in 2 more men to help get the replacement tankless system installed, and Sergio went over everything in the end with us, explaining how to use this new system. It works great and there was virtually no waiting for them to show up. We were VERY impressed by their work ethic, pristine manners, and excellent service. They deserve an A+ rating.
Service level and quality was very impressive. I called for a gas line repair. The dispatcher was knowledgeable in the request and had an opening the next day but a tech just finished up and was over that day. The tech was knowledgeable and very skilled. Everyone was professional and friendly. They are now my plumbing go-to company.
